These terms explain how this site works and the conditions for staying at Casa Esmeralda, Caletas. By booking or using the site, you agree to them.
1. About this site
This site is for information only. Photos, distances and travel times are approximate. Bookings are made on Airbnb or directly with us on WhatsApp, and availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Bookings
- On Airbnb: payment, rates and the cancellation policy are those shown on the listing, under Airbnb's terms.
- Directly on WhatsApp: price, payment method and cancellation terms are agreed in writing in the chat before the booking is confirmed.
3. Capacity
Casa Esmeralda, Caletas, sleeps up to 4 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms.
4. Check-in and checkout
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Checkout: 11:00 a.m.
- Both times are flexible. If your plans need a change, just ask.
- As a rule, we don't take bookings that arrive on the same day another guest is leaving, except in peak season or special situations, which we always tell you about before you arrive.
- Check-in is self-service with a key lockbox. Access details are shared with confirmed guests.
5. Parking
The apartment has one assigned parking space. A second vehicle must park in the condominium's visitor area.
6. House rules
A few simple rules so everyone can enjoy their stay:

7. Wine cellar and extras
- Private wine cellar: $30 per bottle, with an inventory check at check-in and checkout.
- For stays of a week or longer, the welcome bottle is on us.
- Extra cleaning and laundry if you'd like it, subject to availability and arranged on WhatsApp.
